COVID-19 and the SCNP 2020 Congress
UPDATED March 23rd 2020
We regret to inform you, that in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, the SCNP steering board has decided to postpone the 61st SCNP 2020 conference. The decision was made following the rapid development regarding non-essential gatherings of people and applied travel restrictions. We would like to thank the Organizing Committee, for all the hard work and effort dedicated when putting together the Scientific Program.
We have re-scheduled the meeting to June 3-4, 2021
We hope that as many as possible of you are able and willing to participate by then. We will now reimburse all registrations to the Credicard used. If you have paid by bank transfer, kindly write us with details on where you wish to get the reimbursement. Please allow up to three weeks before the process has been completed.
Kindly also remember to cancel any hotel/transport reservations you have made.

The SCNP board are discussing the situation, and will come with a public announcement shortly.
UPDATED March 9th 2020
The SCNP continue to monitor developments in the Novel Coronavirus (CoViD-19) through both the World Health Organization as well as the Swedish 'Folkhälsomyndigheten'. Based on the current advisories, preparations for our upcoming conference in Stockholm, May 28-29, are proceeding rapidly, and we will update you regularly via email, Facebook and the SCNP website.
We are pleased to report we have already received over 70 registrations, we and encourage you to register soon if you have not already done so. The conference dinner will be held at Nationalmuseum with an exclusive private guiding of the museum before the dinner. Please note that the number of seats at the dinner is limited to 142.
If the situation worsens and we are forced to cancel the meeting, or if a travel ban is issued from your country of origin, you will be offered a full refund of your registration. We encourage you to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance when booking travel as an additional precaution.
For this reason, we have also postponed all our upcoming deadlines for abstract submission to April 30th and our early-bird registration fee to March 30.
At this time, we are very much looking forward to welcoming you to Stockholm in May.
