Dear Invited Speaker,

We are pleased to inform you that the expenses for your travel and stay will be covered according to the following guidelines:

• Registration fee will be waived for all invited speakers.
• Hotel accommodation will be covered for all invited speakers during the conference period (i.e. for speakers from Scandinavia/Europe a maximum of two days, for speakers from the USA a maximum of three days).
• Travel expenses (only tourist class) will be refunded of maximum EUR 600 (EUR 1000 for non-european speakers) against presentation of original travel documentation. PLEASE USE THIS FORM WHEN CLAIMING YOUR REFUND.
• An abstract for your presentation must be sent to SCNP in the registration system.
• Each abstract must contain a declaration of interests. 
• First slide in your presentation must state disclosures.

Kindly observe that the above mentioned amount must cover also taxi and other local transport.

We are as an academic non-profit organization unfortunately not able to provide any honorarium for your talk.
